Every Friday you’ll complete a quick check-in inside the app — rating your week, sharing wins, challenges and progress pictures (optional and always private). These check-ins help us refine your plan and keep you progressing without obsessing over the scale.

24–72 hour plan turnaround
Once your questionnaire is submitted, your full training plan, nutrition targets and your personal goals will be ready in the Lean Up app within 1–3 days.

Start training + first check-in
Begin your workouts at home or in the gym, track your habits, and complete your first Friday check-in.

Weekly Progress + Support
Each week we review your check-ins, track progress pictures, update targets when needed and keep you moving forward with consistency and confidence.
