Complete your questionnaire

This gives me the detail I need to tailor your fitness, nutrition and habit targets — the more honest you are, the more personalised your plan becomes.

24–72 hour plan turnaround

Once your questionnaire is submitted, your full training plan, nutrition targets and your personal goals will be ready in the Lean Up app within 1–3 days.

Start training + first check-in

Begin your workouts at home or in the gym, track your habits, and complete your first Friday check-in.

Weekly Progress + Support

Each week we review your check-ins, track progress pictures, update targets when needed and keep you moving forward with consistency and confidence.
